The August Boxycharm is wild. No wonder it is named “Life of the Party”. This month’s Boxy came with a ton of different variants, and they even sent a spoiler email this month so you could find out exactly what was in your box. I like the surprise, however. It’s like a birthday gift every month that you KNOW you are going to love.
Here is what I got in my Boxy for August!
Laura Lee Los Angeles Party Animal Palette: OMG, this palette is bright, and fun, and just overall loud. To be honest, I am not usually this bold in my makeup, and I am not sure if I’ll ever use this palette, but these are the kinds of colors I don’t have at all, so it’s nice to add the variety!
Wander Beauty Baggage Claim Gold Eye Masks: These gold foil undereye masks brighten, hydrate and reduce the appearance of dark circles. The hyaluronic acid diminishes the appearance of wrinkles, while aloe leaf extracts and lavender oil cool and sooth your undereye area. With how busy I have been lately, and sleep-deprived, I am super stoked to put these to work!
Bang Beauty Chocolate Eyeliner: Use it as an eyeliner, eyeshadow base, or even to touch-up your brows. This item is nice, but I don’t see myself using it for eyeliner, however maybe one day I decide to use a brown eyeliner.
Smashbox Be Legendary Liquid Metallic Lip: I am not a huge fan of metallic lipstick, so I would have personally preferred a different Smashbox lip item in my Boxycharm.
ncLA So Rich Lollipop Lollipop: This is a weird name for cuticle oil. Vitamin E infused cuticle oil, and it comes with a nice dropper. But, You. Can. Never. Have. Enough. Cuticle. Oil. Enough said.
